1. Participation in the online casino games (collectively the "Games") are open to residents of legal age in a jurisdiction of residence, where the Games are not prohibited. Employees of Zoom Bingo (the "Company"), its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in the Games. A person who participates in the Games is hereafter called "Player" or "User". By accessing this site, opening an account, use and reuse of such an account, participation in the Games, or acceptance of any prize, Player represents, warrants and certifies all of the following:

Player has the complete and unrestricted legal right to participate in the Games. Player's participation in the Games is not prohibited by any government with proper jurisdiction.
5. Player has reached the age of 18 or the legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
6. Player shall not allow any other person or third party; including, without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse Player's account, accept any prize, or participate in the Games.
7. Any applicable taxes and fees in connection with any awarded prize are the sole responsibility of Player. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for any other prize.
8. Player's participation in the Games is personal and not professional.
9. User acknowledges that full freedom from errors or incompleteness is impossible to achieve with respect to computer software. Should User become aware that the software contains such error or incompleteness User undertakes to refrain from taking any advantage whatsoever thereof. Moreover, promptly upon becoming aware of such error or incompleteness User shall notify the Company in writing. Should User fail to fulfill his undertakings under this Clause, the Company, or anyone appointed by the Company, shall be entitled to full compensation for all costs, including costs for rectifying the software, that may be referred to the error or incompleteness in question and Users omission to notify the Company.
10. To maintain a high level of security to protect the User's funds, the Company performs random security checks. The User hereby accepts that the Company maintains the right to demand additional documentation in order to verify the User as the cardholder in the event of a security check.
11. The User acknowledge that all trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the Service are owned by us or its respective owner. No-one may create any derivative work from the Site, or any of the material which is found on the Site, unless properly licensed to do so by us. We grant you a limited license to access and use the Site, subject to the terms and conditions of the Site. However, this license does not allow you to make any commercial use or and derivative use of the Site and anything relating to the Site.

2. Terms and Conditions Zoom Bingo's Casino

1. Casino Bonus Rules have been prepared in various languages other than English for reference only. In the event of any difference between the English version of the Terms and Conditions (accessible from the homepage) and this version, the English version shall prevail.
2. Eligibility is limited to players who have registered a real money account.
3. Only one (1) Real Account per player is allowed and all promotions are available only once per household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, bank account, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc).
4. The real money games are played with Pound (GBP). The minimum and maximum stakes are displayed when playing the games.
5. Rules for each of the games are to be found when clicking the "Help"-button in the individual game.
6. Bonus money, any money that is brought to the casino table while playing for a bonus and – in case of deposit bonuses – the original deposit, can be used only at the casino until bonus requirements have been met. If customer tries to withdraw/transfer bonus money/original deposit or money brought to the casino table before that, bonus and all winnings will be void.
7. Wagering requirements vary with the promotion/bonus. Please see the specific promotions/bonuses for details.
8. If customer wishes to withdraw prior to fulfilling the wagering requirement, bonus and all winnings will be void. All cash-ins are subject to audit before being processed. The casino reserves all rights to void bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. The casino reserves the right to modify these rules or cancel this promotion at its sole discretion. This is in the interest of fair play considering that any wager in our games can return a sizeable winning.
9. If, while playing our games, you win a sum regarded by the Management as worthy of publicity, you agree to make yourself available for any event of such a nature arranged by us.
10. While we protect all personal data entrusted to us, we reserve the right to use first names in any announcement about promotion results.
11. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Manager will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. Employees of Zoom Bingo, its officers and directors, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for entry. The same terms shall also apply to the direct families of such persons.
13. Entrants who fail to comply with any of the stipulated Terms and Conditions of this promotion will forfeit their bonus, which will subsequently be removed from their gaming account.
14. Any player attempting to claim multiple bonuses for which they are not eligible will have his/her account closed and any winnings on all his/her accounts will be null and void. All cash-ins will be cancelled.
15. We reserve the right to bar any promotional abusers from receiving this or any further promotions, as well as the right to pass on any information regarding abusers to all services at Zoom Bingo. All persons regarded by Zoom Bingo to be promotional abusers lose membership at all gaming companies utilizing Zoom Bingo services. Moreover, in the event a barred (or any likeness thereof) person attempts to open an account, his/her account will become void retroactive to one (1) second after the account was opened.
16. Only the original account holder is granted winnings, no transference is allowed. Any account that violates this term will be void and only the original deposited amount shall be returned.

 3. General Rules Zoom Bingo's Bingo

1. Players wishing to play for real money at Zoom Bingo must be 18 or older. It is the responsibility of each player to ensure that he/she understands and fully complies with all applicable national and international laws, regulations, directives, etc.
2. Terms and conditions have been prepared in various languages other than English for reference only. In the event of any difference between the English version of the Terms and Conditions (accessible from the homepage) and this version, the English version shall prevail
3. Only one Zoom Bingo account is allowed per individual. Players must keep login information (user name and password) secure. Zoom Bingo is not liable for any damages caused by misuse of a player account.
4. All game purchases are final. No refunds will be issued. If a player leaves or is disconnected prior to or during a game round, the round will continue as usual and the player's cards/bets will be included. Any subsequent winnings will automatically be credited to the player's Zoom Bingo's account.
5. Players are not eligible to withdraw any winnings including Jackpot derived from Sign up bonus, Free money, promotional Bonus Bucks or Free Cards.
6. Zoom Bingo reserves the right to withhold the payment of winnings to any player pending verification of the player's identity. Occasionally, prizes in the form of goods may be awarded. Prize goods cannot be exchanged for cash awards unless otherwise noted. A player who wins goods may be contacted in an effort to verify that his/her registered postal address is correct before the prize is sent.
7. At its sole discretion, management may withhold payments to players from any game if a system malfunction occurs and makes further investigation into the matter necessary. Zoom Bingo is under no obligation to pay any player it deems as having taken advantage of a system malfunction or software glitch. In the event of a system problem, an alternative award for game performance may be determined on a case-by-case basis.
8. Management, at its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate any player's account at any time without prior notice and/or withhold or delay payment to any player suspected of having provided Zoom Bingo with false or misleading information, or having violated any policy rule. Similarly, payments may be withheld or delayed to any player, whose account is deemed by management as not in good standing, thereby rendering any game purchases and subsequent winnings void.
9. Management reserves the right to amend the rules and policies that apply at Zoom Bingo. Upon registration, the player accepts and agrees to abide by the current rules and policies as stipulated on the Zoom Bingo web site, and assumes responsibility for regularly reviewing these rules and policies, as they may be subject to change without prior notice.
10. In the event of any dispute, the decision made by Zoom Bingo management is final.
11. Players from the countries listed below are prohibited to register and place bets. We sincerely apologize to these customers. The countries are: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Belarussia, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Herzegovina, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Montenegro, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Russia, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, United States of America, Turkey, Ukraine and Yugoslavia.

4. Specific Rules Regarding the Refer-a-Friend Program

1. For a person to earn the stipulated award for referring a particular "friend", the "friend" must be new to Zoom Bingo and must open a new account and make at least one account deposit. In addition, the referring person must hold a valid account and must have made at least one real-money deposit into that account prior to the time when the referred "friend" opens an account.
2. If a person is suspected of having used spam techniques (for example, bulk e-mailing) to refer new players to Zoom Bingo, that person's Zoom Bingo account will be immediately and irrevocably terminated and all promotional awards void.
3. Management at Zoom Bingo reserves the right to withhold the participation of anyone in its "Refer a Friend" program and/or withhold any award due that person if management deems that person to have misused or manipulated the rules of the program in any way. If, for example, a person is suspected of having used spam techniques (for example, bulk e-mailing) to refer new players to Zoom Bingo, that person's Zoom Bingo account will be immediately and irrevocably terminated and all promotional awards void.
4. Management reserves the right to amend the rules of its "Refer a Friend" program without prior notice. In such case, the modified rules will apply only to referrals made after the modified rules are published on the Zoom Bingo web site.
5. If a referred friend should later attempt to revoke his/her account deposit, resulting in a so-called "chargeback" for Zoom Bingo, the person who referred that friend may lose the right to take advantage of future bonus and promotional offers at Zoom Bingo.

5. Chat Rules and Etiquette

1. You are welcome to any of the friendly chat rooms at Zoom Bingo! It is important that all our Zoom Bingo buddies feel welcome. Therefore, we ask you to please show courtesy and respect for your fellow Zoom Bingo's buddies by avoiding language regarded as disrespectful or distasteful. A chat host monitors every chat room. Players using the chat room agree to abide by Zoom Bingo's chat rules below as well as the chat host's guidelines and decisions. The golden rule is: Be respectful of others.
2. And please go ahead and congratulate winners, as they will be the ones congratulating you when you win! You may not use the chat function at Zoom Bingo to:
   
   
   • Say defamatory, libelous, hateful, pornographic, profane or obscene things that may offend, threaten or slander another individual or group in any way.
   • Express racism directly or indirectly or solicit any racist act.
   • Divulge information that breaks any official vow of confidentiality.
   • Publish links to web sites with improper content.
   • Advertise or promote commercial interests or other gaming sites or attempt to recruit Zoom Bingos players to other sites for personal gain.
   • Defame or complain about Zoom Bingo's management, employees or policies in chat. (Instead, please address any complaint regarding Zoom Bingo to our Customer Service team directly at support@excessnetwork.co.uk so we can promptly seek to rectify any problem. Do not spoil others' fun by complaining to your Zoom Bingo buddies or chat host!)
   • Solicit or perform any illegal act.
   • Ask other players to give or loan you money.
   • Act in any manner that does not correspond with proper, legal behavior.
3. At Zoom Bingo, we wish to make it clear that the opinions expressed by chat participants are solely their own. You are always responsible for your own chat messages. Zoom Bingo assumes no responsibility for opinions expressed in chat and will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by chat room usage or correspondence.
4. When you register at Zoom Bingo, you must submit accurate personal information and choose a nickname that will not lead to confusion by its similarity to the nickname of another Zoom Bingo player or chat host. Zoom Bingo may require you to change your nickname or update the information in your account. If you refuse to do so, Zoom Bingo reserves the right to permanently expel you.
5. All conversation in chat is recorded and can be used to identify a chat game winner or as evidence against anyone in violation of jurisdictional laws or Zoom Bingo's rules. Zoom Bingo reserves the right to temporarily or permanently expel any chat room participant who does not abide by its chat room rules.
6. The aforementioned rules have been stipulated in an effort to maintain a friendly, fun chat environment and to protect you and other Zoom Bingo participants. If you have a complaint about someone you feel is in violation of Zoom Bingo's chat rules, please send an instant message to your chat host or cut/paste any offensive content and send us the content and the offending participant's nickname by e-mail to support@excessnetwork.co.uk

6. Specific Rules Regarding Bonus Money, Promotions & Wagering

1. All promotional offers, including the 300% Welcome Bonus and the £10 Free promotions, are limited to ONE account per household and/or e-mail unless otherwise noted.
2. Bonus money is added as a reserve to the real money balance in a player's account. When a player buys bingo cards or play's in the Casino, the player's real-money balance is used first to cover purchases. When the player's real-money balance runs low, the remainder of any purchases is then covered by the bonus balance available in the player's account.
3. The bonus money credited to a player's account can only be used to cover Bingo cards & Casino purchases. A player cannot withdraw bonus money from his/her account as if it were the real money that he/she has deposited or won.
4. Only one bonus can be active at any given time. If you have received more than one bonuses, each other bonus will be activated first when the bonus before has met its wagering requirement or been expired.
5. All bonus and promotional offers expire naturally if not claimed within 30 days of issue. 

6.1 Welcome Bonus and Reload Bonuses 

A welcome bonus is a bonus that is applied to member's first deposit only. This cannot be combined with any other bonus or promotion nor can it be given to future deposits. Reload Bonuses are offered as a onetime bonus offer on a single deposit within a defined period of time. Reload bonuses operate under the same terms and conditions as a welcome bonus. A welcome bonus is available to all members on their first deposit. Only one welcome bonus is available per member.

6.2 Reload Bonus Types

Deposit Match Percentage - Bonus amount is a percentage of the member's deposit. A 100% Cash Match would be a bonus equal to the member's deposit (up to a maximum value defined in the bonus rules, usually £100).

6.3 Sign up Bonus, Promotional Bonus/Bonus Bucks

The Sign up bonus is given to all new registering players. No Deposit is required; once you verify your account, the bonus is credited automatically. This free £10 is play money only. It is intended to allow the player to test and get used to the software only. Any additional funds or bonuses, which a player may receive before they have become a real money player, will be considered play money and this money is not eligible for withdrawal.

Bonus Bucks or cash bonuses are complementary promotional offers given to players as an acknowledgment of their loyalty, and are intended to increase players playing time only, thereby increasing enjoyment and are considered play money. Play money or any winnings from play money is not eligible for withdrawal.

6.4 Chat Bonus Bucks/Chat BB's

Players may participate and receive chat BBS up to 200% of their last deposit.

Player needs to have at least one deposit in the last 10 days in order to claim chat BB's and must purchase a minimum of 2 tickets to be eligible for chat game.

Player wins one chat point for every successful win (Depends on the chat game rules) in a chat game  and two points are equal to one Chat BB.

6.5 Wagering

1. All deposit plus bonuses require a minimum wager requirement to be completed before you are able to make a withdrawal.
2. Deposit plus bonus awarded must be wagered four (4) times on all prior to requesting a withdrawal. ONLY CASH play is considered for play thru requirement.
3. Wagers on each game will contribute different amounts towards your wagering requirements.
4. If any games are excluded from the wagering contribution they will be listed in the terms and conditions associated with the individual bonus.
5. By accepting a bonus, you agree with the Bonus terms and conditions and you will not be able to forfeit your bonus once you have placed a wager with your bonus funds.
6. Wagering on different games will contribute differently towards your wagering requirements.

• Wagers on Bingo will contribute 100% of each wager towards your wagering requirements.
• Wagers on Slots and Scratch Cards will contribute 25%.
• Wagers on Table Games and all Video Poker Games will contribute 8.33%.
• All Blackjack games, Roulette & Instants(Money Wheel & Super fruit)are excluded from our bonuses and do not contribute towards your wagering requirements.

Example: If you deposit £10 and receive a bonus of £10, you will need to wager £80 to meet your wagering requirements. The table below outlines the how much will be deducted from your wagering requirements based on a £10 bet.

6.6 Wagering Order 

The initial amount you wager will be deducted from your real money  account if and then the bonus account if you don´t have real money. The bonus is comprised of both the bonus received and any deposit amount tied to that bonus. In the event of a win, your bonus balance will be topped up with all win amounts. You will not be able to withdraw any winnings won when wagering with bonus money until you have met the wagering requirements of your bonus.

6.7 Bonus & Balance Expiry 

Your bonus will expire after a period of 30 days from the date the bonus is issued. We reserve the right to expire the bonus and any winnings associated with wagers from any bonus funds at any time.

If you do not log onto your account for a period of 60 days, any balance in your account will be forfeited to the Company.

6.8 Withdrawal Restrictions

Bonus money is available for wagering purposes only and cannot be withdrawn. If you have an active bonus in play you may be able to withdraw part or no part of your total funds depending on the bonus received. For welcome and reload bonuses your bonus and the amount of your deposit that is associated with that bonus are both non-withdrawable until your wagering requirements have been met. You will be presented with a breakdown of what part of your total balance you are able to withdraw. Once you have met your wagering requirements, you will be able to withdraw any available balance. All withdrawals will be subject to audit before being processed. The Operator reserves all rights to void bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. The Operator reserves the right to modify these rules or cancel this promotion at its sole discretion.

6.9 Depositing with an Active Bonus 

A member may make any number of further deposits without affecting the bonus in any way. All deposits are added to a member's account as withdrawable funds and will not be wagered with until the member has met the wagering requirements of the bonus, the bonus has been lost or a bet is placed that is larger than the remaining bonus balance. Depositing does not expire a bonus.

6.10 Bonus Rules

By participating in this bonus, you agree to be bound by these rules and to the decisions of the Operator (whose decisions are final and binding in all respects). All bonuses are subject to our official Terms and Conditions, which shall be binding in all cases.

7. Withdrawal Rules

1. Withdrawal requests are processed only on Mondays. Please make sure your withdrawal request is made before 10am GMT to be eligible for current period.
2. Once the withdrawal is processed from our end, it may take between 2 to 6 working days depending on the bank or credit card company which has issued the card/account to complete the process.
3. All withdrawals will be subject to audit before being processed.
4. Player may request one (1) withdrawal per seven day period. Minimum withdrawal request is GBP £50. ALL withdrawal requests below GBP £50 will be credited back to players account.
5. Any winnings derived from the Free money, promotional Bonus Bucks or Free Cards are not eligible for withdrawal.
6. Players must have a 'Real Money' account prior to requesting a withdrawal. Real Money account must be funded with at least GBP £25 prior to requesting a withdrawal.
   
7. Maximum monthly withdrawal limit on bingo game winnings is GB Pounds Sterling (GBP-£)5000 (£1250 per week). Maximum monthly withdrawal limit on casino game winnings is GB Pounds Sterling (GBP-£)1000 (£250 per week).
8. All bonus amounts are for wagering purposes only. Upon member's FIRST withdrawal, any winnings derived from signup bonus will be deducted before withdrawal is paid.
9. Redemption flow backs are not considered as new deposits and will not be eligible for bonus.
10. Once a payout is requested, Player will forfeit all Bonus left in their account.
    
11. All unclaimed deposit bonus expire upon your successfully withdrawal.
12. In order to ensure that withdrawal amount reaches the right person, all players making their first withdrawal request MUST send us a proof of ID (Passport or Driving Licence) and proof of residential address (phone bill or similar). These details MUST match the details listed in their account profile (name, address, date of birth, phone number and email address). Use of invalid contact details may result in closure of account and all winnings will be forfeited. The documents can be sent by email to support@excessnetwork.co.uk
13. In the case where deposited funds came from Ukash, a cheque will be sent directly to the player by first class mail. The charge for sending out a cheque, (£5.00) will be deducted from the withdrawal. The cheques will only be sent out every other week on approved withdrawals.
14. Management reserves the right to withhold payment of any winnings until the player agrees and provides our Promotions Department an interview related to their winnings for the newsletter and websites and further pending verification of the player's identity in which case we may request identification documents.
15. Management reserves the right to deny a withdrawal request if a player has not funded his/her account within and prior to 15 days of any win (this includes any winnings derived from any complimentary and / or promotional bonuses, including Bonus Bucks and cash).
16. As per industry standards, withdrawals of £1000 or greater may be subjected to a longer processing period and paid as scheduled by management, with a maximum total monthly withdrawal limit of £5000.
17. Player's Withdrawal request will be processed from only one Network site/skin per week.
18. We recommend that players visit the rules page on a regular basis. Management reserves the right to edit the site Rules without prior notice.
