Q: How do I buy cards?
A: You must be logged in to your registered account to buy bingo cards. After you select a game, choose the card(s) you wish to purchase by clicking on each card individually. Click any card a second time if you change your mind and wish to de-select it.
Alternatively, you can use the small arrows pointing up and down to the right of the "Selected cards" field to change the total number of cards you wish to purchase and the card(s) will automatically be selected for you.
You can buy between 1 and 50 cards per round. The more cards you play, the greater your chances of winning! When you are satisfied with your card selection, click BUY to complete your purchase.

Q: Can I buy cards in advance?
A: Yes. Click the AUTO BUY button. Specify the number of game rounds and the number of cards per round you wish to play and click OK. As long card sales for an upcoming round have not yet closed, you can cancel your AUTO BUY purchase by clicking on the AUTO BUY button once again.

Q: How much does a card cost?
A: Card prices at Zoom Bingo vary between £ 0.15 and £ 1.00 depending on the type of game and the time of day.

Q: Can I keep the same cards for the next round?
A: Yes. As long as you remain in the same game room, the assortment of cards you can choose from will remain the same (unless you request an entirely new assortment of cards by clicking the small button labeled with two arrows). You can therefore choose the same card(s) from the same assortment from round to round if you wish. If you leave a particular game room for more than 5 minutes, the assortment of available game cards will automatically change when you re-enter.
If you activate the AUTO BUY feature, your card(s) will remain the same from round to round until the total number of rounds you have specified are played out.
Mathematically, you have the same chance of winning a round, whether you use a card used in a previous round or an entirely new card. However, we Zoom Bingo buddies can be a bit particular when it comes to our winning strategies!

Q: How many people will I be playing with?
A: The number of participants varies from round to round. Check under "Current Game" to see the number of players currently participating in the round.

Q: How do I call BINGO?
A: The game will call BINGO for you automatically when the system detects your card has successfully formed the winning pattern. You never miss a bingo at Zoom Bingo!

Q: How long does a game round last?
A: The average round normally lasts between 2 - 4 minutes.

Q: Where can I chat?
A: Select a game (which will pop up in a separate window). Open the chat window by clicking on the button labeled with a chat bubble icon. Select a chat room. Enter your messages in the chat window to join the friendly banter and make new friends from around the world! Q: Can I join a round in progress?
A: No, but sit tight… The next round will begin within a few minutes.

Q: What is Auto Daub?
A: As the bingo numbers are called, you can either daub the numbers on your card(s) yourself, or you can use the Auto Daub feature to allow the game to mark the numbers for you. The Auto Daub feature is activated by default, and gives you more leisure to chat during rounds, play additional cards per round and sip your tea! If you wish to daub your cards yourself, simply make sure the "Auto daub" feature is left unchecked in the "Settings" dialog. Rest assured that you will never miss a bingo even if you should fail to mark a number or two. The game calls bingo for you!

Q: What happens if I get disconnected?
A: If you log out or are disconnected before or during a game round, don't worry! The round will progress as usual and if your card(s) get bingo, the money will automatically be credited to your Zoom Bingo account.
Depending on your Internet connection, you can remain logged in at Zoom Bingo for as long as you wish. However, you will be automatically logged out if you remain inactive for 1 hour. Remember: You can purchase cards in advance and win at bingo, even when you are not logged in at your computer.

Q: How do I cash out my winnings?
A: Your balance will be securely held in your Zoom Bingo account until you wish to make a withdrawal. You can request a withdrawal from your Zoom Bingo account at any time by clicking on DEPOSIT ans when WITHDRAW and using one of the convenient payment methods listed.
